Mr. Wells called the November 20, 2025 Personnel Review Board Meeting to order at 6:00pm.
il. Review and approval of the Meeting Minutes of January 16, 2025
MOTION: Mr. Maidelis made a Motion to approve the January 16, 2025 Meeting Minutes of the
Personnel Review Board. Seconded by Ms. Mullen-Kohl. (4-0) Unanimous.

None.
3. 2026 Personnel Review Board Meeting Dates
Ms. Walters presented the 2026 Personnel Review Board meeting dates.
MOTION: Mr. Maidelis made a Motion to approve the 2026 Personnel Review Board meeting dates.
Seconded by Mr. Chuchev. (4-0) Unanimous.
4, Discussion and request for approval to initiate an update of the Town’s Personnel Policies
Manual
Ms. Walters spoke about the reasons for updating the Town of Waterford Personnel Policies Manual.
MOTION: Mr. Maidelis made a Motion to update the Personnel Policy Manual. Seconded by Mr.
Chuchev. (4-0) Unanimous.
MOTION: Ms. Mullen-Kohl made a Motion to adjourn the Personnel Review Board Meeting of
November 20, 2025 at 6:15pm. Seconded by Mr. Chuchey. (4-0) Unanimous.
