Minutes of Regular Meeting- May 13,2025

Public Comments: Tiffani Gavin and Rob Mooney from the O'Neil present.
Minutes: Motion to accept minutes of March 11,2025 regular meeting
Made by J.Pezzolesi ,seconded by M. Guarneri.
Voting in favor: Unanimous.
Waterford Historic Properties: Ongoing Maintenance: O’Neill reported that
the Public Works Director was hoping to have a contract signed for the
Park House chimney work.
Waterford Historical Society: No report.
Nevins Cottage: M. Guarneri reported the demo of the back porch.
Installation of restored windows and new siding. Metal roof material on site.
Basement slab to be poured soon. The Friends are hoping to receive
501C3 status soon and possibly hold a fund raiser at the Granite House in
Dec. Potential uses for the building were discussed.
Eugene O'Neill Theater Center: Gavin and Mooney reported on sewer work
on the grounds and the poor placement of a control panel in front of the
lronsides bldg.. Barn El roof repairs are needed urgently. M. Tucker and
J.O’Neill discussed mansion window evaluation.
Cemeteries: Flags to be placed soon. Tree work needed in Wheeler
Cemetery.

Demolition Notices: Southwest School was discussed. No notices received
lately
