1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
R. Muckle called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Julie Wainscott was seated to fill a vacancy.
2. APPROVAL of the July 23, 2020 Meeting Minutes
Motion: Motion made by T. Maidelis, second by D. Lersch to approve the July 23, 2020
meeting minutes.
Vote: 6-0
3. APPLICATION REVIEW
C-20-12 36 Butlertown Road — Woods Road Stream Crossing — Dennis Harlow, Owner
Staff and Attorney Avena noted that the Town is under emergency orders due to the storm
approximately 20% of town does not have internet or any service and the public may not be able
to participate in the meeting. It would be prudent to continue the discussions and any approvals
on this matter and successive matters until the next scheduled special meeting.
Motion: Motion made by T. Maidelis, second by J. Wainscott to table the item until the
next special meeting.
Vote: 6-0
C-20-13 51 Shore Road — Vegetation Maintenance in wetland and non-encroachment area —
Brian Vincenti Applicant & Owner
Motion: Motion made by M. Stankov, second by G. Renegar to table the item until the
next special meeting.
Vote: 5-0 (J. Wainscott lost connection to virtual meeting)
C-20-14 14B & 18 Shore Road — Driveway Construction — David C. Mortimer, Owner &
Applicant, Killingly Engineering Associates, Agent
Motion: Motion made by M. Stankov, second by T. Maidelis to table the item until the
next special meeting.

Storage — Fabcon Precast, Applicant, Mathon Fund I LLC, Owner, Loureiro, Agent
Staff noted that she found the application complete for acceptance.

next special meeting.

No correspondence was received.
6. PAYMENT OF BILLS
No bills were acted upon.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The Commissioners and Staff discussed their availability to schedule a special meeting.
J. Wainscott rejoined virtual meeting.
Motion: Motion made by M. Stankov, second by T. Maidelis to schedule a special meeting
on August 19, 2020 at 6:30 pm. to discuss applications C-20-12 through C-20-15.
