Reuse Land and Water Resources Division for 2 Oil Mill Road,
Waterford CT. on the Niantic River.
b. Coordinate and establish a date and time for Commission

members to go out to tag delinquent moorings who have not
applied for 2025 mooring permits.
c. Approve the 2025 Harbor Management Commission Annual
Report.
d. Approve the 2026 Harbor Management Commission meeting
dates.

a. Update from Sub-Committee regarding the proposed amendments
to the existing Harbor Management Plan.
b. Update regarding the 2025 Mooring and Pulley Pole application
process to date.
