Establishment of a querum and call to order A quorum was established and the meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. 2.a. Consider and act on distribution of funds for the Hammond Memorial Maintenance Fund in accordance with the proposed expenditures. Mation by Tom Dembek and seconded by Ed Murphy to approve the distribution of $15,000 as requested. VOTE: 5-0-0 Motion passed. 2.6. Overall consideration and action on the management of the Fund. The Committee supports the recommendation of the Town Treasurer to review the investment options for the Hammond Memorial Fund. Motion by Pau! Goldstein and seconded by Ed Murphy VOTE: 5-0-0 Motion passed. 14. Adjournment Motion by Ed Murphy and seconded by Paul Goldstein to adjourn the meeting at 9:11 a.m. Vote: 5-0-0 Motion passed. We respectfully request the Town's distribution of $15,000 from the fund to support this upkeep for the coming year.
