4. Recreation and Parks: To consider and act on the following request for a
FY24 Out-of-Series Transfer from the Director of Recreation and Parks, Ryan
McNamara, in the amount of $141 to cover expected cost increases and . :
forward on to the Board of Finance if approved.

5. Information Technology: To consider and act upon awarding the contract for
audio upgrades in the Town Hall Auditorium to Sound Stage Systems Inc.,
from the Director of Information Technology, Jeffrey Robillard, for
$55,126.21. Funds available from line item #34723-55021, auditorium

6. Fire Services: To consider and act on a request for an appropriation from the
Interim Director of Fire Services, Steve Dubicki, in the amount of $35,460
from Line #20523-57791 Jordan Traffic Light Upgrade and forward on to the

7. Police Department: To consider and act on a recommendation from Shea
Davy, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Chief of Police, Marc Balestracci,

collected.

believe my attendance is exemplary. I almost never miss a meeting. Currently,
I hold the position of Chairperson of the Environmental/Conservation Committee
of the Thames River Garden Club. Additionally, In the past, as a Councilwomen
on Voorhees New Jersey Town government, I created and Chaired the

RE: Planning and Zoning Commission Alternate
Gentlemen,
On behalf of the Waterford Democratic Town Committee, | offer this letter of support for Stephane
Bowens Browder for appointment as the Alternate of the Planning and Zoning Commission to fill the

A retired Social Worker, Ms. Browder is currently an adjunct Professor at Three Rivers Community

DTC continues to benefit from her effective leadership and valuable experience as a Social Worker. We
strongly recommend that the BOS appoint Stephane Browder to the Planning and Zoning Commission
and are confident she would prove to be an asset if granted the opportunity to serve in this new capacity.
