ITEM #1 CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
J. O’Neill called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ITEM #2 APPROVAL OF THE July 12, 2022 MEETING MINUTES
MOTION: Motion made by R. Nye, seconded by E. Pellegri, to approve the minutes of the
July 12, 2022 meeting as written.
VOTE: 4-0
ITEM #3 PLAN REVIEWS
To review samples of material options and make recommendations that are being proposed for
replacement of the exterior enclosure of the stairwell located on the Northwest corner of the Town
Hall building. The enclosure is currently constructed with corrugated panels.
The Board convened outside at the location of the stairwell enclosure. They reviewed the
style options of the sample materials that were provided as well as the color palette that was
provided. They determined that a neutral color would provide the best transition to the
building’s brick fagade.
MOTION: Motion made by J. O’Neill, seconded by J. Merrill to recommend the vertical
clapboard style with the “Sandstone” color.
VOTE: 4-0

MOTION: Motion made by J. Merrill, seconded by E. Pellegri, to adjourn the meeting at 5:20
pm.
