The meeting was called to order at 5:05pm. All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher and Gregg Swanson. The following decisions were made: Chenard, Betrand — Chenab LLC Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $270 Sherratt, Melanie - Great Care Plus Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $1184 plus non-filing penalty Donovan, Dawn — Tradesman Home Remodeling Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition. The appellant did not attend the meeting. Modi, Manish — Amazing Grapes LLC Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition. The appellant did not attend the meeting. Duncan-Benoit, Andrew — AC Construction & Remodeling Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition. The appellant did not attend the meeting.
