The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. The meeting was called to
order at 5:00pm.
All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher and Gregg Swanson. The following
decisions were made:
Yost, George P. - Yost Manufacturing & Supply Inc.
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to accept the appellant's declaration, plus 25% late filing
penalty. The Board will grant the manufacturing exemption
Yost, George P. — Yost Home Improvements Inc.
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to accept the appellant's declaration, plus 25% late filing
penalty.
Yip, Lyla — Verizon Wireless — Nicole Freeman also attended
Decision: The Board tabled the decision until Board can review further documentation provided by
appellant

Decision: The Board voted unanimously to accept the appellant's declaration, plus 25% penalty
