‘The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. The meeting ws
at 5:02pm.
‘Amotion was made by Lee Couture and seconded by Jerry Porter to approve the meeting minutes from
September 20, 2023. All in favor, the motion passed.
‘A motion was made by Lee Couture and seconded by Jerry Porter to cancel the Board of Assessment
‘Appeals meeting scheduled for Saturday March 9,2024 due to lack of need. All in favor, the motion
passed.
The following decisions were made:
1. Phyllis Smith - 22 Magonk Point Road
Decision: The Board voted unanimously, change assessed value to $504,600.
2. Waterford Land Trust, Inc. c/o David Lersch ~ 185 Cross Road
Decision: The Board voted unanimously, accept M-4 Exemption application.
3. Tim Conderino ~T and T Contracting
Decision: Marilyn recused, Lee and Jerry voted to accept personal property declaration as
submitted and recalculate.
4, Tim Conderino- Lakeview Farm
Decision: Marilyn recused, Lee and Jerry voted to accept Farm Exemption form and Personal
Property Declaration as submitted and recalculate.
5. Robert Trautman & Brett Meehan- 6 Overlook Drive/ Overlook farm
Decision: The Board voted unanimously, no change in assessment.
