The meeting was called to order by Chairman Muckle at 6:30 p.m.
Ivy Plis was seated for M. Keatley.

Motion: Made by D. Letsch, ‘seconded by W. Thomas to approve the July 25, 2024 meeting
minutes.

Staff reported the Town’s attorney is preparing a consent otdet to correct unauthorized activity.
