The meeting was called to order at 4:19pm. All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher and Gregg Swanson. The following decisions were made: Camassar, Garon — 26 Strand Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to lower the assessed value to $8,000 Vantege, Alana D - 591 Vauxhall Street Ext Decision: The Board voted unanimously to apply 10% functional obsolescence to the dwelling. Kozlowski, Jeff & Napierala, Amy — 30 Bishop Street Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition. Gregory, Scott & Barrus, Anabel — 6 Oil Mill Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the percent complete to 82%. De Francesco, Jeffrey & Isabelle — 56 Braman Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to change the number of bedrooms to 2. Larder, Cheryl ~ 26 Wiemes Decision: The Board voted unanimously to remove the pool from the street card.
