The meeting was called to order at 4:58pm Appeals hearings were conducted as scheduled and the following decisions were made: 1. tyHill Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Reduce assessment to $220,500 2, 38 Seabreeze Drive Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Statute does not allow exemption to be granted. No change in assessment. 3. 27A Vivian Street Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Reduce assessment to $106,480. 4. 278 Vivian Street Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Reduce assessment to $132,010 121 Clark Ln Decision: The Board voted unanimously. No change in assessment. 6. 10 Woodlawn Avenue Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Reduce assessment to $34,680. 7. 12 Woodlawn Avenue Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Reduce assessment to $154,940. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:27pm.
