The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. The meeting was
called to order at 4:00pm.
All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher, Lee Couture and David
Peabody. The following decisions were made:
Safe Futures — 994 Hartford Turnpike
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition.
Nagengast, Steven — 3 Industrial Drive; Venture Properties, LLC/Rexel USA
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition.

The minutes for the September 2, 2021 meeting were accepted as read.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00pm
