The meetiagy was called to order at 4:00pm. = mS All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher, and Lee Couture. The following decisions were made: Niantic Partners LLC — 12 River Street Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $742,480. Niantic Partners LLC — 14 River Street Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $197,440. Cioci, Gregory - 99 Rope Ferry Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition. Cioci, Gregory - 101 Rope Ferry Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition. Szot, Cordell - 158 Old Norwich Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $292,170. Bartlett, Susan — 9 Eighth Avenue Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $215,280. ‘Amended to say the Board decided to cancel the appeals meetings on March 8® and 9" as there were no further appeals. Kwasniewski, Matthew — 223 Bloomingdale Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition. Kwasniewski, Helen — 227 Bloomingdale Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $137,650. Kennedy, Maurene — 5 Maple Terrace Decision: After a home inspection, the Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $94,290. Carey, Brian — 454 Boston Post Road Decision: The Board voted unanimously to accept an amended return and reduce the assessment to $33,580. The minutes for the March 1, 2022 meeting were accepted as read. The Board decided to cancel the appeals meetings on March 8" and 9" as there were no further appeals. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:40pm.
