The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Thursday, September 15, 2022. The meeting was
called to order at 5:32 p.m.
All decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher, Lee Couture, and David
Peabody.
1, John Fuller — 2009 Honda Ridgeline
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $8,225
2. Richard Lanagan — 2012 Chevy Avalanche
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $15,400
3. Martin Stelmach — 2005 Toyota Tundra
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $3,000
4. Andrew Smith - 2016 Dodge RAM 1500.
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $19,000
5. Eric Levine - 2018 Acura RDX
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $18,795
6. Patrick Sisson - 2011 Ford Expedition
a. Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $5,000

The minutes for the September 14, 2022 meeting were accepted as read.
Chairman Marilyn Lusher motioned to add two additional members to the Board of Assessment
Appeals for the BAA March 2023 session due to the 2022 revaluation and to increase the pay
for just the 2023 appeals year to $300 a person for a total of $1500 out of line item 10105-
51010, all members unanimously voted in favor of the motion
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
