Made by W. Thomas, seconded by K. Kriet to approve the July 23, 2026 meeting
minutes.
Vote: 
5-0-1 (I. Plis abstaining)
3. NEW APPLICATION
C-26-06: 2 Chapman Avenue: Removal of invasive trees, Section 4.1(d)
Owner/Applicant — Bret Pangelinan
Staff reviewed the request to remove tree of heaven from a portion of the property.
Commission member discussed methods for removal including herbicide treatment and
repeated cutting.
Motion: 
Made by K. Kriet, seconded by D. DeNoia to authorize the tree removal as an as-
of-right activity under Section 4.1d of the regulations.
