Mr. Wells called the August 20, 2026 Personnel Review Board Meeting to order at 6:00pm.

Review and approval of the Meeting Minutes of May 21, 2026
MOTION: Mr. Maidelis made a Motion to approve the May 21, 2026 Meeting Minutes of the Personnel
Review Board. Seconded by Ms. Braxton. (3-0) Unanimous.

Job Description: Economic Development Community Liaison
Ms. Walters and Mr. Wujtewicz presented the new job description for a part-time, non-union position
which had been approved during the FY 27 budget hearings. This position will support the Economic
Development Commission (EDC) and serve as a liaison to the Waterford business community, the
Eastern CT Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce, and Southeast CT
Enterprise Region (seCTer). Discussion ensued and minor changes were made to the job description.
MOTION: Mr. Maidelis made a Motion to approve the Economic Development Community Liaison
job description as amended. Seconded by Ms. Braxton. (3-0) Unanimous.
MOTION: Mr. Maidelis made a Motion to adjourn the Personnel Review Board Meeting of August 20,
2026 at 6:16pm. Seconded by Ms. Braxton. (3-0) Unanimous.
