Town Land Use Attorney and Katrina Kotfer, Recording Secretary 1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES Chairwoman Gonyo called the meeting to order at 5:32pm. A. Darling was seated for E. Brown. 2. DISCUSSIONON ZBA POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Attorney Willis reviewed with the Board policies and procedures related to the functions of the Zoning Board of Appeals when reviewing applications. 3.
