Minutes of Regular Meeting
Tuesday, March 10, 2026
The meeting was called to order at 7:02pm.
Present Members: John O'Neill, Justin Pezzolesi, Matthew Tucker
Absent Members: Eileen Olynciw, Melissa Jessuck, Gina Rubin and Skip Adams <

Minutes: Motion by Pezzolesi, Seconded by Tucker to accept the minutes of the Special Meeting of
January 13,2026
Voting in favor: Unanimous
Waterford Historic Properties- Ongoing Maintenance: O’Neill reported on his conversation with the
Director of Public Works about the Jordan Park House-
Gutter work to begin soon.
A carpenter has been contacted to look at replacing window sills.
The tree truck is still two or three months from returning to service.
Nevins Cottage: No report
Eugene O'Neill Theater Center: J. O'Neill and M. Tucker discussed their tour of the Hammond
mansion to detail window sizes for future restoration or replacement.
Cemeteries: J. O'Neill described continued efforts to research Revolutionary War graves in Waterford
cemeteries maintenance plans for the upcoming year.
In other business, the group discussed available tax credits for historic restoration of homes and
businesses.
