CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
Chairman, John O’Neill called the meeting to order at 4:25 p.m.
ITEM #2 
PLAN REVIEWS
1151R Hartford Turnpike — Proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit
The applicant was not present for the meeting. The Board reviewed the application, plans and
photographs provided by the applicant. They also reviewed the staff report.
MOTION: 
Motion made by R. Nye, seconded by E. Pellegri to approve the design of the
Accessory Dwelling Unit as proposed.
VOTE: 
3-0
The Board discussed the process of reviewing applications for Accessory Dwelling Units. It
was decided that the board will establish criteria for review of applications for Accessory
Dwelling Units. These will be discussed at the next meeting.
