1. Establishment of a quorum and call to order:
A quorum was established and a call to order was established at 7:00 pm, March 9, 2026.
2. Public comment: none
‘An opening statement regarding the budget process was made by Glenn Patterson, Chairman.
Standing Motion: was made by Bill Sheehan and seconded by Joseph Filippetti to consider the budget
requests without individual motions for each series and department to expedite the meeting. Ann
Peabody will make motion on all budgets and Robert Tuneski will second the motion.
Vote: 5-0-0 Motion: Passed
3. Economic Development Commission Budget:
Motion by Ann Peabody and seconded by Robert Tuneski to approve the Economic Development
Commission budget request for FY26/27 in the total amount of $25,407.
Vote: 6-0-0 Motion: Passed
4. Conservation Commission Budget:
Motion by Ann Peabody and seconded by Robert Tuneski to approve the Conservation Commission
budget request for FY26/27 in the total amount of $18,250.
Vote: 6-0-0 Motion: Passed

5. Planning and Zoning Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Joseph Filippetti to reduce the Planning and Zoning budget
line by $25,000 pending the receipt of backup data representing Economic Development Commission's
history of outreach for the past three (3) years.
Motion withdrawn by Glenn Patterson; agreed to by Joseph Filippetti.
Motion by Ann Peabody and seconded by Robert Tuneski to approve the Planning and Zoning budget
request for FY26/27 in the total amount of $699,654,
Vote: 6-0-0 Motion: Passed
6. Zoning Board of Appeals Budget:
Motion by Ann Peabody and seconded by Robert Tuneski to approve the Zoning Board of Appeals
budget request for FY26/27 in the total amount of $4,310.
Vote: 6-0-0 Motion: Passed
7. Building Department Budget:
Motion by Ann Peabody and seconded by Robert Tuneski to approve the Building Department budget
request for FY26/27 in the total amount of $355,537.
Vote: 6-0-0 Motion: Passed
8. Flood and Erosion Control Budget:
Motion by Ann Peabody and seconded by Robert Tuneski to approve the Flood and Erosion Control
budget request for FY26/27 in the total amount of $1,104.
Vote: 6-0-0 Motion: Passed
9. Finance Department Budget:
Motion by Ann Peabody and seconded by Robert Tuneski to approve the Finance Department budget
request for FY26/27 in the total amount of $805,507.
Vote: 6-0-0 Motion: Passed
10. Review Projected Revenue
The updated revenue projections were not available before the meeting. This item will be discussed
under new business at the BOF Regular Meeting scheduted for Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
