At the meeting of the Board of Finance held Wednesday, May 28, 2025, it was voted to recommend the
Representative Town Meeting to consider and act on a request for a FY25 Additional Appropriation
from the Planning and Zoning Director, Jon Mullen, in the amount of $25,000, to designated Line#
20511-57767 (Nevins Cottage Structural Repairs).

Appropriation of Funding for Exterior Renovations
Dear First Selectman Brule,
On behalf of the Planning Department I would like to request an appropriation in the amount of $25,000
from designated line 20511-57767 (Nevins Cottage Structural Repairs).
The funds will be used in conjunction with donated time and materials by the Friends of Nevins Cottage
non-profit entity to complete the exterior renovations of the Nevins Cottage,
