At the meeting of the Board of Finance held Wednesday, May 28, 2025, it was voted to recommend the
Representative Town Meeting to consider and act on a request for a FY25 Additional Appropriation
from the Board of Education Director of Finance/Operations, Joseph Mancini, in the amount of
$197,000, for ACER Chromebooks and iPads, to Line# 20560-57884 (Chromebooks & iPad Equipment).

Dear Mr. Brule:
At the direction of the Waterford RTM and with the support of the Waterford Board of Education | am
submitting a request for supplemental appropriation in the amount of $197,000,
This amount is for two efforts. The first being the purchase of 400 ACER Chromebooks. This fs for the
replacement of 400 Chromebooks purchased in June of 2020. The pricing listed on the quote is consistent
with state pricing. The second effort would be for the purchase of iPads with the remaining $17,100.
