Dear Moderator Goldstein:
An item from the December Board of Finance (BOF) meeting was erroneously sent to the RTM for
approval. Contingency is a BOF managed budget. Out of series transfers are the authority of the Board
of Finance. Please correct the February 5‘ Agenda for the RTM meeting to reflect that no RTM approval
is necessary.
