Revised Plan — Draft Findings & Conditions for Approval
Commissioners,
A revised site plan was submitted on 1/23/2024 for application #C 23-08 as well as a revised Site
Operation & Maintenance Plan to address the comments from the January 11, 2024 Commission meeting.
The revised plan sheet has added a wetland non-encroachment area boundary at the limit of construction
disturbance, an overflow parking area east of the driveway, and a fence and educational sign at the
wetland mitigation area.
The Operation & Maintenance Plan manual was revised on page 3 to read “ The use of sodium chloride
based anti-icing or de-icing chemicals on this site are prohibited.”
Staff comments have been addressed.
A draft permit with conditions of approval and considerations for decision was prepared for the
Commission’s review and action.
