Per Waterford Ordinance 3.05.030 (Contributed Gifts Fund), all third party receipts over
$10,000 require the approval of the Representative Town Meeting.
The Gardiner Family Foundation has donated $15,000 to Youth & Family Services to be used for
the Town of Waterford’s Children Support Services. Please see the attached letter from the
Gardiner Family Foundation outlining the donation.
| respectfully request the RTM’s approval for the donation to be deposited into the Youth &
Family Services Special Revenue Fund to be used to support children support services and
programs.
