: ‘ ‘ ‘ RE: Registrar Compensation
Hebel Dal Vecchio Dear Ms. Waters and Ms, Ebbin:
Bryan P. Fiengo
‘Theodore W. Heiser
Town Clerk Dave Campo shared with me, in my capacity as Town Attorney,
Michael A. Hespeler your March 20, 2024 correspondence to the RTM, through Moderator Goldstein,
Jeftiey W. i regarding Registrar compensation for potentially extra hours to be worked during
Carolyn P. Kelly upcoming primaries and elections, due to implementation of Connecticut’s new early
Krist D Kelly voting statute. In your correspondence you have proposed a different level of
Nicholas F. Kepple compensation for your efforts, including for work to be performed beginning
Ribeni Keil: tomorrow, relating to next week’s Presidential primary and you have characterized this
Fin Ni work in terms of an hourly rate.
Samuel M. Nassetta
Please be advised that since your compensation has been established and takes
the form of an annual stipend there can be no modification to your level of
compensation without approval by the appropriate authority,
Laura A Raymond
Kyle J. Zreniba
In Memoriam
Therefore, the compensation for your efforts this week must be at the current
ce Bia level previously approved and not at your proposed, revised level. The use of state
James F Brennan grant funds to underwrite the cost to the Town for your important services does not
James 1 Counney eliminate the need for the Town to approve any change in your compensation. Your
L. Pattck Gray, compensation can be discussed by the RTM at the April 8, 2024 meeting as such is an
Michael V- Sage item on the call of the meeting.
