1. The Committee has been working for the past 19 Monts eens :
design for the building. The final floor plan wiitibe’ ‘approved auring:

The Purchase & Sales agreement stated a closing date for this past ~
‘June. It is now October and the closing has been postponed toadate —
to be determined by both parties.

document for the Fire Company’ 's use of the building is absolutely
, ° necessary. This i is a must since the new building will be owned by the
Town and certain activities previously conducted when the fire
company owned the building will no Longer be allowed. Attorney
Kepple has not set'a date to provide this document which has to be
acceptable to the Fire Company. Time is ofthe essence! itis. _
obvious that the Town has to have ownership of this land in order to
obtain approvals and funding from the BOS, BOF and the RTM.
The Committee has a tentative schedule to start construction on

RTM have to approve the funding prior to May 15" or have special

We have spent to date $100,000 for the consultants. —
