Good Evening Maureen,
| have contacted New London regarding the purchase of the additional land. | was informed it would have
to go to the W & WPCA for consideration. In regards to the existing patio on the conservation area, |
would like to modify my permit to keep the patio portion that is on the Waterford land. In regards to the
portion that is on the New London property, | would like to move that onto the Waterford section of my
property. | would use the same permeable 1/2 stone and place the square flat stone on top of that. This
will allow water to flow through and natural growth to come up through the stone as it is currently doing.
This will also help to prevent erosion of the land.
Please see the attached maps, the first attachment has the New London portion of the patio outlined in
red. The second map has an area in green where | propose to relocate the section of patio that is in red
that is currently in New London.
Please let me know if any additional information is required and if | need to attend the next Conservation
Committee meeting to answer any questions regarding this modification..
