The application was received on April 10th. The application was referred to this agency pursuant to Section 8-3(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes. The proposed amendment seeks to add language regulating multi-day agribusiness uses, increase the allowable agribusiness events in a calendar year, and change the special permit application deadline from 30 days before the agribusiness event to 7 days. Based on a review of the material provided, I have determined that the proposed zoning regulation amendment is not likely to have a negative intermunicipal impact. If you have any questions, please contact me at (475) 328-1727. Sincerely, Dan Robinson Associate Planner drobinson@secogct.gov
