Thank you for approaching me at the public hearing about not receiving your mailed
copy of the legal notice and the cover letter that I wrote for it. I checked our Certificate of
Mailing, and we sent these materials to you at the address that is shown on the Town Assessor’s
records, which is George Wilson Cortright, Jr., 3690 East Turquoise Avenue, Hernando, FL
34442. Apparently, this is the address to which your tax bills are sent, and thus the address that
we were required to use.
Be that as it may, I’m enclosing the same two documents for you at your home
address. Also, as we discussed, all of the application materials are available on the Town’s web
site, and this is the link: https://www.waterfordct.org/planning-development/pages/january-26-

The materials for this application are identified as “c-22-14.” The list of exhibits will be

at 6:30 pm at the Waterford Town Hall, 15 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, at 6:30 pm.
Copies of the application materials can be found on line at

commission-meeting, If you have trouble using this link, you may go to the Town of Waterford
website; look under “Boards and Committees;” then find the “Conservation Commission” page;
in the upper left-hand corner of the page it says, “Current Meeting Materials - Conservation
Commission.” If you click on that, you’ll see a page entitled “January 12, 2023 Conservation
Commission Meeting,” and at the bottom of that page an icon reading, “Meeting
Documents.” Click on that icon, “Meeting Documents,” and a list of documents will
appear. The ones related to this application will have the Application Number, C-22-14, You
will need Adobe to view the documents, The plans are also available during regular office hours
at Planning and Development Office at Town Hall. Don’t be confused by the web page
describing these documents as being for the “January 12, 2023” meeting. This application will
not be discussed on January 12", The Public Hearing is January 26", as noted above. The
materials on the web site will be regularly updated, and depending on when you view it, the
materials may be listed as being for the January 26, 2023 “Meeting Documents” instead of
January 12",
