Hello Maureen,
I recently purchased the property at 42 Fog Plain Rd. My intent is to clean up and remove debris like concrete,
metal beams and post left by the previous owners and reclaim the beauty of the property and to persevere the
property for the wildlife. I have spoken to several of my new neighbors and they were thrilled that I was going
to be cleaning up the property. As you know it has been an eyesore for decades. Please see photos 1-5 ina
separate email, that show the areas to be cleaned up.
In regards to the removal of debris, we will only use small equipment to minimize the impact on the
surrounding land. I will grade to the natural grade and once graded, I will plant grass and or trees as needed.
Thave filled out the application and have attached some photos that show the areas to be cleaned up.
