The stormwater management basin for the project has been proposed to be regraded as depicted on the site plans. The stormwater management basin collects the building roof runoff and discharges it along the south side of the building. The proposed grading modification increases the available stormwater storage and will further mitigate the stormwater runoff beyond what was previously approved. Storage Volume Previously Approved: ±100 CF Proposed: ±240 CF In our opinion, the proposed modifications to the proposed development will have no negative impact to downstream properties or infrastructure.
