Application is ; for modifi ication of permit 09-06 to include the installation of : a 12 x 12 flat stone
patio with 1/2 stone base located in the SE corner of the non-encroachment) area of my property.
Permit 09-06 currently allows for a 6 x 25 (150 Sq Ft) stone walkway through the non-
encroachment area to the waters edge. The stone patio would be placed directly on top the
existing stone walkway. | would like to modify the permit down to a 4 x 13 wide pathway to the
water from patio to the water and apply the unused square footage to the stone patio area. This
would equate to only a minimal 50 additional square feet to my existing permit. Additional natural
plants would be planted along the perimeter of the proposed patio. This patio would not impede
the natural flow of water to the lake and at no time of the year is any of this area submerged
under water. This is the only flat area of land on my property where | would be able to
accommodate this request.
