SPECIAL Commission Meeting Minutes
February 4th, 2026 @ 4:00 pm
The Recreation and Parks Commission held a special meeting on February 4th, 2026 via zoom. The 
meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Chairman Ed Murphy and a quorum was established.
Members in attendance:  T. Burrows, B. Kyne, E. Murphy, T. Santos, N. Scheiber, M. Sheehan, T. Stino
Members Absent:  R. Erricson, M. Chiappone
Staff:
R. McNamara, T. Cieplik, N. Clack, E. Sullivan
Approval of Meeting Minutes:
Motion by B. Kyne and seconded by N. Scheiber to approve the January 27, 2026 meeting minutes.

Approval of FY2027 Financial Operating Budget
(T. Burrows joined zoom meeting at 4:06)
Motion by N. Scheiber and seconded by T. Stino to accept the 1000 Series - Personnel budget request

Motion by T. Stino and seconded by M. Sheehan to accept the 2000 Series - Services budget request

Motion by B. Kyne and seconded by M. Sheehan to accept the 3000 Series - Materials & Supplies budget
