To consider and act upon the minutes from the December 16, 2025 LRFPC meeting (Zoom).
Brief review of the LRPFC charge and most recent committee actions for new members and
the public.
Follow-up discussion related to the draft Town-Wide Building Maintenance Plan and the
Board of Education Building Maintenance Plans presented last year.
a. Review the included spreadsheet Listing Town buildings and infrastructure.
b. Discuss the pros/cons of using a vendor to assist with long-term capital project
planning and prioritization; info sheets attached.
Continue discussion of the following items carried over from 2025.
a. Incorporating Fire Station Maintenance into the Town Facilities Plan
b. Potential approaches for the group to look at Fleet Management Planning.
