The following changes to the Drawings and Project Specifications shall become a part of the Drawings 
and Project Specifications; superseding previously issued Drawings and Project Specifications to the 
extent modified by Addendum #1. 
General Information: 
 The mandatory pre-bid sign-in sheet is attached for reference. (1) 
 The deadline for RFIs was Tuesday, October 17, 2023. 
 See attached RFI log. (1) 
Changes to the Specifications: 
 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, Page 1, Paragraph 1, Bid Opening Date, revise “October 10, 2023” to 
read “October 24, 2023”. 
Changes to the Drawings: 
 DRAWING A1, OVERALL ROOF PLAN, Scale, revise [1/4”=1’-0”] to read [3/16”=1’-0”] at all instances.  
 DRAWING A3, ROOF DETAILS, Detail B, Roof Edge W/Gutter, delete ”New Vent Baffle” in its 
entirety. 
The bid date remains unchanged by this addendum. 
The addendum consists of three (3) pages of 8½” x 11” text .
