1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
Chairwoman Gonyo called the meeting to order at 6:34.
25 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION: Motion made by M. Kripps, seconded by W. Herzfeld to approve the minutes of
the September 7, 2022 meeting as written.
VOTE: 5-0
3. OLD BUSINESS
Application #ZBA-22-8 - Appeal of Jeffrey Meninno, owner and applicant at 212 Shore Road,
R-20 zone. Variances are requested from zoning regulations: Section 4.4.1, Front Yard Setback,
Section 4.4.2, Side Yard Setback and 4.4.3, Rear Yard Setback, as shown on plans titled
“Property Survey, Land Belonging to: Jeffrey A. Meninno”.
Chairwoman Gonyo seated W. Herzfeld for A. Darling.
MOTION: Motion made by M. Kripps, seconded by J. Morgan, to approve Application
#ZBA-22-8.
VOTE: 5-0
4. NEW BUSINESS
e Discuss 2023 meeting schedule.
e Discuss changing the time of the December 2022 meeting to 5:30.
MOTION: Motion made by W. Mackenzie, seconded by A. Darling, to approve the 2023
meeting schedule as drafted, and change the time of the December 2022 meeting
to 5:30.
VOTE: 5-0
