3. PROJECT REVIEW
C. Frost reviewed the plan sheet submitted, focusing on the area of disturbance and the
temporary and permanent wetland impact and improvement. C. Frost discussed with the
committee the habitats for wildlife incorporated by R. Snarski (New England Enviromental
Services) as well as some grading changes and drainage changes from previous plans. C. Frost
will be presenting to the Conservation Commission at the September 8, 2022 meeting and the
possibility that a public hearing may take place. M. Wagner asked about steps that follow after a
public hearing. A. Piersall stated Army Corps of Engineering permitting would follow. C. Frost
will finalize plans and meet with an electrical engineer next week. The fall timeline for dredging
is not likely but winter is a possibility depending on conditions and permitting. The Army Corps
of Engineers decision on level of impact is critical.
