A quorum was present.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The approval of August 13, 2020 and September 3, 2020 minutes will take place next meeting.

4, DISCUSSION OF BOARD PROCEDURES WITH TOWN ATTORNEY
The Town Attorney led a discussion with the Board Members regarding their statutory obligations
while serving on a Zoning Board of Appeals and various procedural issues, and responded to
questions from Board and staff members present.
5. OLD BUSINESS
No old business was discussed.
6. NEW BUSINESS
No action taken on 2021 Meeting Schedule.
7. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Motion made by Joshua Friedman, and seconded by Warren Mackenzie to adjourn
the meeting at 4:12 PM.
