SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

Chairman Green called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM
CITIZEN SESSION
None
SECRETARY’S REPORT
MOTION Made by Mr. Negri to approve the Minutes of the December 15, 2020 meeting,
Mr. Kirkman seconded.
VOTE The motion passed.
BILLING ADJUSTMENTS
The Commission reviewed the December Adjustments. The adjustment report will be kept
in the office for review.
EXPENDITURES
MOTION made by Mr. Pinkham to approve January 2021 bill list, Mr. Negri seconded.
VOTE The motion passed unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS — REPORTS & UPDATES
e FINANCIALS ~ WW FUND REVENUES/EXPENDITURES REPORT
The financial were reviewed.
® MUNICIPAL COMPLEX REHAB ~ STATUS UPDATE
Mr. Kirkman gave a report. The garage is close to being completed. Waiting on quotes from
contractor for cameras at the gas pumps, fire detections for garbage truck shed and ceiling fans
for the main area of garage.
® COLLECTIONS-UPDATE
Attorney Kepple reported that they are doing well compared to last year.
e TRI TOWN AGREEMENT
Chairman Green gave an update on the status of the negotiations. The agreement for the six
month agreement has been signed by all the parties involved.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
NEW BUSINESS
e 91 Great Neck Road- Sewer Backup Claim and Request for Reimbursement. Lengthy discussion
ensued.
MOTION Made by Mr. Valentini to compensate the resident at 91 Great Neck Road for
the expense of clearing a clog in our wastewater system that our insurance
provider denied, Seconded my Mr. Negri.
VOTE one-Yes and two- Abstained
Motion Failed

Report was emailed to the commission. It was reviewed by the members.

PERSONNEL
« There were 3 clerical employees that were out due to Covid issues. Two were out for 10 days.
e Sewer Tech | positions was filled with an individual from the outside pending his physical and
drug test.
e COVID Protocol states that the Maintenance Department only have one person to a town
vehicle. This has been difficult for our department with a shortage of trucks but trying to make
it work.

With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
