1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
G. Massad called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. B. Chenard was seated for V. Ebersole.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION: Motion made by T. Bleasdale, seconded by K. Petrini, to approve the
September 6, 2022 meeting minutes.
VOTE: 5-0
3. APPLICATION RECEIPT
No applications were received by the Commission.
4. PLAN OF PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Rory Jacobson, AICP and Sara Grossman of FHI Studio, Inc. discussed and reviewed with the
Commission additional data sources for the existing demographics and housing trends project
for the Town.
The Commission reviewed and discussed modifications to the proposed survey and mapping
tool.
The Commission discussed the upcoming “pop-up” event on October 8" to coincide with the
Waterford’s Harvest Day. The upcoming proposed formats for the virtual workshop October
12" and the in person workshop October 18" was also discussed.
5. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
Nothing was discussed.
6. CORRESPONDENCE
No correspondence discussed.
7. COMMISSION BUSINESS
G. Massad noted that the Commission had received a letter from the Waterford Police
Commission dated September 12, 2022.

8. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Motion made by K. Petrini, seconded by K. Barnett, to adjourn the meeting at
8:32 PM.
VOTE: 5-0
