An establishment of a quorum and call to order was at 5:00 p.m. 2

2. Discussion of consent letter affirming that Town agrees to continue utilizing the
services of Fiduciary Investment Advisors following FIA’s upcoming merger with
DiMeo Schneider & Associates. Topics included FIA performance to date,
contract termination options, and maintenance of current fees and service
parameters.
Motion by Petchark, seconded by Auwood, to recommend that the First
Selectman sign the consent letter.
VOTE: Unanimous Motion: Passed
3. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before this Commission, motion made
by Petchark, seconded by Benvenuti to adjourn.
Vote: Unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 5:43 pm.
