Personnel Review Board Meeting Minutes May 16, 2024 Present: Talivaldis Maidelis Stephane Browder Krum Chuchey Kathleen Mullen-Kohl Absent: Rik Wells, Chairman Also Present: Christine Walters, Director of Human Resources; Michael Howley, Director of Fire Services’ Mr. Maidelis called the May 16, 2024 Personnel Review Board Meeting to order at 6:02pm. 1. Review and approval of the Meeting Minutes of April 18, 2024 MOTION: Ms. Mullen-Kohl made a Motion to approve the April 18, 2024 Meeting Minutes of the Personnel Review Board. Seconded by Ms. Browder. (3-0-1) Mr. Maidelis abstained. 2s Public Comment None. 3. Seasonal/Occasional Wage Schedule Ms. Walters presented an amended Seasonal/Occasional Wage Schedule to include revisions to Grade 01 in regards to the current CT minimum wage and revisions to Grades 07 and 08 to increase part-time Firefighter hourly rates. MOTION: Ms. Mullen-Kohl made a Motion to approve the Seasonal/Occasional Wage Schedule. Seconded by Mr. Chuchev. (4-0) Unanimous. MOTION: Ms. Browder made a Motion to adjourn the Personnel Review Board Meeting of May 16, 2024 at 6:16pm. Seconded by Mr. Chuchev. (4-0) Unanimous.
