The October 28, 2020 Special Meeting of the Education Standing Committee of the RTM was
called to order by Chairperson Danielle Steward-Gelinas at 7:02 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Greg Attanasio, Valerie Metivier, Sally Ritchie, Michael Rocchetti, Danielle
Steward-Gelinas.
Absent: None
Also Attending: Town Clerk David Campo, RTM Member Thomas Dembek, RTM
Member Susan Driscoll, Planning Director Abby Piersall, Architect Sarah Nelson,
GNCB Consulting Engineer Amy Jagaczewski.

MOTION by Attanasio, seconded by Rocchetti, to approve the minutes from the August
18, 2020 meeting.
VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous
AGENDA ITEM 6: Restoration/Use of the Nevin’s Cottage
PRESENTATION: Planning Director Abby Piersall, Architect Sarah Nelson, GNCB
Consulting Engineer Amy Jagaczewski.
Lengthy discussion focusing on grant potential, timetables, value engineering potential,
Historical Society interest, and how the committee could support the project going
forward, Planning Director Abby Piersall will move forward and propose the project
