Waterford Town Clerk’s Office PRESENT: Michael Bono, Thomas Dembek, Susan Driscoll, Christina Jessuck, David Sugrue ABSENT: Matthew Keatley ALSO PRESENT: Town Clerk David Campo, RTM Moderator Paul Goldstein, RTM Majority Leader Danielle Steward-Gelinas MOTION by Bono, seconded by Sugrue, to nominate Susan Driscoll as Chair of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous MOTION by Driscoll, seconded by Sugrue, to nominate Michael Bono as Clerk of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous NOMINATIONS to fill vacancy left by the resignation of Jerry Fischer were provided by the Democratic Town Committee. (See Attachment) VOTE by ballot took place. WINNER by ballot: Erica Casper VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous MOTION to adjourn by Bono, seconded by Sugrue, at 6:50 P.M. She has an M.S. in Marine Biology, is an active supporter and former coach of Waterford Little League and Soccer, has a strong desire to learn more about issues that impact our citizens, and considers service on the RTM a way to give back to the community. In addition, as the next-highest vote-getter on the slate (only three below Jerry), we believe electing Erica to fill this seat would best reflect the will of the District 4 voters.
