Minutes of Meeting of 12 December 2022 
1. President Rosenberg called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. 
Trustees present: E. Boyce, L. Couture, N. Dragoli, C. Giordano, J. Lehet, J Merrill B., J. Mullen, 
B. Pisacich, M. Wagner Also present, C. Johnson, Library Director. Not present: G. Ritter, A. 
Robarge. 
With a quorum present virtually and in person the trustees of the Waterford Public Library 
addressed two issues. 
The first was the FY2024 Trust Budget, that is, the amount of funds from the Endowment to 
supplement books, materials, programs and other special needs.  As per our discussion at the 
Nov. 8, 2022 Board Meeting we agreed to transfer $100,638, representing 3.25 % of the 
endowment.   
The second item for discussion was the FY2024 Library’s Town Budget Request.  In approving the 
Budget Request document prepared by Director Christine Johnson, we requested the figure of 
$998,837, which comes in less than the $999,475 request FY2023.  The reduced figure reflects 
some minor adjustment in staff. 
The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
