1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
Chairman Massad called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. No alternates were seated.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION: Motion made by K. Petrini, seconded by K. Barnett, to approve the March
22, 2022 meeting minutes as written.
VOTE: 3-0
3. DRAFT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLAN
Glenn Chalder from Planimetrics, Inc. was present for the discussion.
The Commission discussed the Affordable Housing Plan and reviewed the summarized public
comments that were prepared by G. Chalder after the March 22, 2022 public comment session.
The Commission discussed adding wording on private/public partnerships, combining and
removing maps and deleting charts.
Additional modifications and updates may happen at the public hearing.
MOTION: Motion made by G. Massad to advertise the Public Hearing for the
Affordable Housing Plan scheduled for May 10, 2022 with the modifications
discussed.
VOTE: 3-0
4. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Motion made by K. Barnett, seconded by K. Petrini, to adjourn the meeting at
7:23 PM.
VOTE: 3-0
