Waterford Town Clerk’s Office PRESENT: Mark Campo, Mary Childs, Ted Olynciw ABSENT: Kyrah Augmon-Bossa, Kristin Gonzalez ALSO PRESENT: Town Clerk David Campo, RTM Minority Leader Susan Driscoll, RTM Majority Leader Danielle Steward-Gelinas MOTION by Childs, seconded by Olynciw, to nominate Mark Campo as Chair of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous MOTION by Campo, seconded by Olynciw, to nominate Mary Childs as Clerk of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous NOMINATIONS to fill vacancy left by the resignation of Kevin Girard were provided by the Republican Town Committee. (See Attachment) VOTE by ballot took place.
